Rhine by Design

  

"Rhine by Design" is the theme of our Winter '97 issue. Although there are many sites featuring HTML tips and hints, "Rhine 4" presents a brief guide to layout control in two flavours, Cascading Style Sheets for NN4 and IE 3, and Regular for NN3.
